Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 avocados
- some lime juice, fresh
- 75 g yogurt
- 75 g cream cheese
- 4 wild garlic leaves, finely chopped
- n. B. herbal salt
- n. B. Curry
- n. B. Pfeffer
- possibly chili
- 6 waffles (corn amaranth waffles)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and place the flesh into a bowl. Mash and add a little lime juice. Stir in the yogurt and cream cheese. Then stir in the wild garlic and season with the spices. Serve the dip with the waffles.
