Avocado dip with corn and amaranth waffles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • some lime juice, fresh
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 4 wild garlic leaves, finely chopped
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • n. B. Curry
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • possibly chili
  • 6 waffles (corn amaranth waffles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and place the flesh into a bowl. Mash and add a little lime juice. Stir in the yogurt and cream cheese. Then stir in the wild garlic and season with the spices. Serve the dip with the waffles.
