Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) of solo garlic or equivalent cloves
  • 3 avocados, ripe
  • 1 small lemon(s), juice
  • 3 tomatoes, ripe
  • 1 pack of cottage cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 1 pack of cress
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Regular version: Squeeze the lemon. Press or chop the garlic. Finely dice the avocado flesh. Finely dice the tomatoes. Mix everything together, then combine with the cottage cheese and cress, and season with salt and pepper. Quick version: Using a Tupperware Turbochef, you can finely chop the garlic beforehand. Then add the avocado flesh and tomatoes and process thoroughly. With this amount, you’ll have to do it in batches, or you might have a Tupperware Multichef, in which case you can chop/press the garlic separately. Then combine everything with the cottage cheese, cress, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
