Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 5 tbsp milk or soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegetarian, versatile as a spread, dip or sauce

Peel the avocado, remove the stone, and cut the flesh into small pieces in a bowl. Peel and halve the garlic clove, and add it to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend with an immersion blender until a mousse forms. You may want to use less milk at first and adjust the consistency later if desired. Optionally, you can spice up the dip with chopped tomatoes, strawberries, or croutons. The sauce is perfect for spaghetti with or without shrimp, homemade fries, as a side dish for Caprese, or as a spread on bread. This dish also works with a can of peas.
