Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp mustard (Bautzner)
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 dashes lime juice
- salt and pepper
- Parsley and chives, or herbs to taste or herb salt
- Spice(s), Asian wok spice or Cyrry and paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Boil the eggs. Shell the avocado and drizzle with a little lime juice to prevent it from browning. Then add the mustard and natural yogurt. Season everything with salt, pepper, parsley, and chives, and add spices to taste.
