Vegetable pan with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 2 onions
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 tbsp Crema di Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the ground beef and onions until crispy. Dice the bell peppers and add them. Cook everything together for about 10 minutes. Slice the spring onions into wide rings (about 2 cm) and add them to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, chili, and balsamic vinegar. Cook for another 3-5 minutes. If you like, you can stir in some cream cheese (then it’s no longer low-carb) or use other vegetables.
