Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 avocados
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 chili pepper(s), green, pitted and very finely chopped
- 2 limes, the juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the avocados, spring onions, chilies, lime juice, olive oil, and sour cream in a blender and roughly puree. Add a little water if necessary until the cream reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. To prevent the cream from discoloring, cover immediately. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Tastes delicious with vegetable sticks or breadsticks.
