Avocado Shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 liter of milk
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the avocados, halve them, and remove the pits. Place them in a blender and add the milk. Blend, pour into glasses, and serve. It’s also delicious with almonds.
