Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large mango(s)
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 large banana(s)
- 2 m.-sized kiwi(s)
- 300 g pineapple juice
- 100 g orange juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Vegan
Peel all the fruit, cut it into slightly larger pieces, and then place it in a blender. Add the juices. Now puree/blend everything. If the smoothie is still too thick, simply add a little more juice and blend everything again. If you like it cold, you can add ice cubes to the blender for a healthy and refreshing summer drink. You can, of course, vary it as desired, or omit one of the juices, but this is how I found it tasted best.
