Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- some oil
- 300 g yogurt
- 200 ml milk
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 cucumber(s), peeled
- 1 lime(s), juice and zest
- e.g. salt and pepper

Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan with a little oil, then remove them. Mix the yogurt and milk in a bowl. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Dice the avocado flesh and peeled cucumber and add to the bowl. Grate some of the zest from the washed lime and add it. Season to taste with lime juice and salt and pepper. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth, then season to taste. Finally, garnish the soup with the pumpkin seeds.
