Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • ½ m.-sized lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • tomato(s)

Instructions

Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it finely with a fork. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into tiny cubes, and mix them with the crème fraîche into the avocado puree. Season generously with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley. Spread the tartare thickly on whole-grain bread and garnish with tomato slices, or fill hollowed-out tomatoes. 140 kcal per serving.
