Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 3 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 egg yolks (or a little egg white if you like)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
This recipe is a good starter.
You’ll need a muffin tin. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Keep the hole clear. Place the avocado in the muffin tin. Press the salmon into the hole. Separate the eggs and pour the yolks into the salmon-covered hole. I also use about half of the egg whites here. Season everything with salt and pepper. Place the filled avocado in the oven at 125°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
