Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 3 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 1 lemon(s), cut into eighths

Halve the avocados and drizzle with lemon juice. Make the filling with the remaining ingredients, from Miracle Whip to shrimp. Arrange the avocados decoratively with the shrimp sauce and lemon wedges.
