Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 ml milk
- 500 g sour cream
- herbal salt
- Caraway seeds
- 4 slice(s) bread(s) (rye bread), cut into cubes
- n. B. Bergkäse, shaved
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the milk and sour cream together in a saucepan to a slow boil. Season with herb salt and caraway seeds and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Divide the rye bread cubes among 4 plates and pour the soup over them. Serve garnished with some shaved cheese.
