  • 1 part/s yogurt, 10% Turkish
  • 1 part water
  • Salt
  • Mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

refreshing Turkish yogurt drink

Combine the yogurt and water in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk. There should be no lumps. Season with salt. Refrigerate the ayran until ready to serve. Pour into glasses and serve cold. If desired, add a fresh mint sprig to each glass. This refreshing, thirst-quenching drink is especially recommended in hot weather.
