Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 1 tbsp pepper, green
- ¼ liter cream
- ¼ liter of milk
- 1 tbsp pepper, mixed
- some caramel coloring
- cornstarch
- oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
to meat
Dice the onion. Sauté the diced onion in a little oil in a pan until lightly browned, allowing the roasted flavors to develop. Place the green pepper in a sieve and rinse with water. Drain and add to the onions, stirring constantly. Then pour in the milk and cream and bring to a boil. Season with peppercorns and salt. Add a little caramel coloring for color and thicken the sauce slightly with cornstarch.
