Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 250 g oat milk (oat drink) or almond milk
  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 g coconut flakes
  • some coconut oil for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegan, sugar-free, makes about 12 pieces.

Whisk the banana and oat milk together using a hand mixer. Then add the oil, flour, and baking powder. Mix everything together. Finally, garnish with the desiccated coconut. Fry about 12 small pancakes in a pan greased with coconut oil until golden brown.
