Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 600 g carrot(s)
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 80 g beef (3 minute steaks)
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 leaf of marjoram
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

from the 4th month, carrot-potato-beef

First, cover the beef with water and cook in a pressure cooker for 25 minutes. Set the beef aside. Then, peel the vegetables, cut into small pieces (approx. 2 cm), and cook with the herbs in the pressure cooker for 6 minutes. The vegetables should be completely covered with water. After cooking, skim off the water until the vegetables are only half covered. Add the beef and butter and blend everything thoroughly. Instead of butter, you can also use a dash of rapeseed oil. Fill portions of approximately 190-200 g into freezer bags or containers and freeze immediately. This makes exactly 7 portions – a week’s supply!
