Baby porridge: Kohlrabi with carrot and beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 6 carrots
  • 300 g lean beef goulash
  • 150 ml water
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil, organic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Complementary food from 6 months

Peel the kohlrabi and carrots and dice them. Cut the beef into small pieces and cook with the vegetables and water for at least 10 minutes. Then I put the vegetables and meat in a blender and gradually add the cooking water until the consistency is smooth and not too dry. Before serving, I add a tablespoon of organic rapeseed oil to the serving.
