Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g vegetables (e.g. carrots, spinach, broccoli, parsnips or cauliflower)
  • 40 g potatoes
  • 30 ml juice, milder (e.g. apple juice)
  • 20 g lean beef
  • little water
  • 8 g butter or rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for babies from 6 months

Chop the meat, potatoes, and vegetables into small pieces and simmer in a little water for about 10 minutes until tender (cook the meat separately from the vegetables). Add the meat to the potatoes and puree with the juices. Stir in the fat. If cooking larger portions for freezing, please add the fat after thawing.
