- 150 g parsnip(s)
- 50 ml water
- 10 ml oil
- some apple juice or fennel tea

for starting puree from 4 months
The parsnip is cleaned and peeled. Then it is cut into approximately 1 cm slices or cubes and steamed in a pot with 50 ml of water. Cooking time is 5-8 minutes. After the parsnip has been steamed until soft, add 10 ml of rapeseed oil and puree everything finely. To check the consistency, the puree is strained through a sieve. To ensure it is digestible, you can add apple juice or fennel tea to the puree. But only when serving.
