Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • ½ bunch of carrots
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

from the 4th month

Peel and wash the carrots, cut them into pieces, and sauté them in a little water until soft. Then puree them with the remaining water in the pot. Pour into 8 small jars and seal. Freeze any unused jars. Mix with a little follow-on formula or breast milk before feeding.
