Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • some parsley
  • some rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Chop the potatoes, carrots, and kohlrabi. Place everything in the steamer for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop some parsley. Puree the vegetables with the parsley and a dash of rapeseed oil.
