Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g kohlrabi
- 50 g sweet potatoes
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil or other oil

Peel and chop the kohlrabi and sweet potato, removing any woody bits from the kohlrabi. Add the vegetables and water to the pot and bring to a boil with the lid on. Then simmer for about 15-20 minutes until everything is nice and soft, then puree it with the water. Since a kohlrabi always weighs about 300g, I always make this puree in advance and then freeze some of it. I always add the oil to the puree when it’s ready to serve. Add 1 teaspoon of oil per 100g of puree.
