- 520 g sauerkraut
- 5 gherkins
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Pepper or other spices
- n. B. Vegetables – leftovers, raw
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quick to prepare, inexpensive and healthy, requires little washing up – perfect for exam time
Heat the sauerkraut (e.g., in the microwave). Meanwhile, slice the garlic and gherkins (and any other vegetables). Once the sauerkraut is warm, stir in the olive oil along with the garlic and gherkins. Season with pepper (or other seasonings of your choice) and serve. Fried eggs are delicious with it.
