Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Low carb, easy and quick to cook in the microwave
Cut the cauliflower into large florets and process in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and microwave on high for 7 minutes.
