Bacon Beef Rolls from Grill
The perfect bacon beef rolls from grill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 NS. Mixed with bacon, sliced
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- Garlic powder
- Bbq seasoning
- Barbecue grill sauce
- Mustard
- 5 Pc. Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Roasted onions
- 3 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil
- Beat the minute steaks very thinly with the meat tenderizer. Then place 2 pieces next to each other, overlapping, brush with mustard, sprinkle with garlic powder and your favorite grill spice and top with chopped onions. Roll up into a roulade and wrap tightly with 2 slices of bacon each (makes 4 roulades).
- There are no limits to the imagination when it comes to the filling. For example, you could use diced paprika, capers, or other diced vegetables. For the grill spice I prefer to use a mixture of salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, ground fennel, cumin, star anise and brown sugar.
- Prepare the grill for indirect grilling at 120 degrees. Grill the roulades next to the direct heat with the lid closed at 120 degrees for 90-120 minutes. Brush the last half an hour with your favorite barbecue sauce and increase the heat to about 150 degrees.
- Boil the potatoes, mash them roughly and allow them to evaporate well! Mix well with the egg, fried onions, chives and spices, form a thaler. Turn these in breadcrumbs and fry in the pan in oil until golden.
- Serve with any vegetables. We had fried mushrooms in cream with it.
