Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g lean raw ham
- 200 g minced beef, reduced fat (3%)
- 100 g tomatoes, pureed
- 60 g Harzer cheese
- some salt and pepper
- chili
- Garlic
- Pizza seasoning

The lower-calorie light version
On a piece of baking paper, weave the raw ham into a net, ensuring there are no gaps. Mix the minced meat with 50g of passata and the seasonings, then spread it over the ham, leaving a 4-5cm free edge on one side. Finely grate or chop the Harzer cheese and spread it over the minced meat. Now start rolling up the ham, so that the free part forms the bottom. Place it on a baking tray, then season the remaining 50g of passata well and spread it over the roll. Bake at 160°C (fan oven) for 45-50 minutes, until the ham is nice and crispy.
