Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 15 g Parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g mayonnaise
  • oregano
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Low-carb pizza

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, pour the mixture into the center of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and spread it out to a thickness of about 1 cm. Top with your choice of toppings; in my photo, I used ham and salami. Bake at 190°C (top/bottom heat) in the lower third for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
