Bacon - Chicken

  • 1 bag French fries
  • Rest of the cauliflower
  • 4 Discs Bacon
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 Chicken fillet
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 1 piece Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey, liquid


French fries

  • Preheat the hot air fryer, then add the french fries and cook for about 16 minutes at 200 ° degrees. After 8 minutes, take the pot out once and shake it all, put it back in and let it cook to the end.


  • Cut the rest of the cauliflower into florets. Then put the florets in boiling salted water and cook / blanch in it for about 5 minutes. Then drain / drain the whole thing in a sieve.

Bacon - Chicken

  • Cut the chicken fillet once. Wrap one half of the top with bacon and the lower half as well. Do the same with the second piece. Season the whole thing with salt & gourmet pepper. Put the oil in a pan and fry both pieces all around.
  • Take out after frying and keep warm. Put the butter and honey in the frying fat and let it caramelize. Add the drained flower ears and toss in them. When everything is ready, serve on a flat plate or two.
