Ingredients
 

  • 700 g Chicken fillets - 4 fillets a 175 g
  • 500 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 400 ml Water
  • 75 g Grated Gouda
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sauce thickener
  • 1,5 tsp Instant vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper, sweet paprika powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and dice finely. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash and pat dry the meat and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously, season with salt and pepper, remove.
  • Put 1 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Add onion cubes, sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Deglaze with water and cream, bring to the boil and stir in the broth. Then tie with a sauce thickener. Possibly. season again to taste.
  • Put the meat and mushroom cream in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Since the oven is already running, we have croquettes with it! ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
