cheap and easy
Mix the flour, salt, and yeast. Then add the egg, oil, and milk and mix. Add enough water to form a soft, smooth dough. Knead the dough in a food processor for 10 minutes, then set it aside in a warm place to rise for an hour. Season the sour cream or sour cream to taste and set it aside to chill. After 45 minutes, preheat the oven to 185°C (350°F). Finely chop the onions and fry them lightly with the ham cubes. Add everything to the sour cream. Knead the dough briefly again, spread it evenly over two baking sheets, and pour the sour cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake the flatbreads for 30 minutes.
