Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 3 slices of bacon
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
First, chop the bacon and fry it in a pan until crispy brown. While the bacon is sizzling in the pan, crack the eggs into a bowl, season them with salt (a little!) and pepper, and whisk well. Then add them to the pan with the bacon and let them set. When the underside is golden brown, flip the omelet and, after a few seconds, slide it onto a plate.
