Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 150 g smoked bacon (cut into very small cubes)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
- 250 g rice (risotto)
- 750 ml meat broth, approx.
- 2 dl cream
- 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Heat the butter in a pan. Add the bacon cubes and fry. Reduce the heat, add the onions, and sauté. Add the rice and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with a little stock and reduce. Gradually add a little stock, stirring frequently, until al dente. Pour in the cream, stir in the Parmesan cheese, and heat through for a short time. Serve and garnish with chives.
