Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g bacon (breakfast bacon), mild
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, smoked (lightly heaped tsp, lightly smoked)
- 100 g sea salt, coarse

First, crisp up the ham in the microwave. To do this, place the ham slices between two sheets of kitchen paper and heat at 900 watts for about 3-4 minutes (this is just a guideline). The ham should be nice and dark and crispy; it will practically crumble between your fingers. This is how it should be; all the moisture will be removed. Then, place the crispy bacon slices, 60g of coarse sea salt, and smoked paprika powder in a high-performance food processor and grind until finely ground. Add the remaining sea salt and stir in. Delicious with a breakfast egg, a fried egg, or even a pinch of it on a steak. You can also use it for marinating (although I haven’t tried that yet).
