Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 85 g wheat flour type 405 or spelt flour type 630
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 egg(s), size M
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- n. B. Salt
- Oil for greasing the mold
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and oil the baking dish. Mix all ingredients together to form a dough. Pour the dough into the dish and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes.
