Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 85 g spelt flour type 630
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 egg(s), size M
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Oil for greasing the mold
- Salt for sprinkling
- 100 ml water
- 2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and oil the pan. For the lye, dissolve the baking soda in the water. Mix all ingredients into a dough. Pour the dough into the pan and cover with 1 tablespoon of lye. Sprinkle with a little salt. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes.
