Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 85 g flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 10 g chili flakes (Gochugaru), very hot
- n. B. Oil
- n. B. Salt, coarse
- Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Bagels with Korean chili flakes, for a bagel shape
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and oil the baking dish. Mix all ingredients together to form a dough. Pour the dough into the dish and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes.
