Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 85 g flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 m.-sized egg(s), size M
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 25 g pork rind, dried
- Oil for the mold
- Black cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Lightly grease the bagel pan with oil. Finely chop the pork rind in a freezer bag. Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough. Pour the dough into the pan and sprinkle with black cumin seeds. Bake the bagels in the oven for about 20 minutes.
