a fresh and crunchy snack that is also suitable as an office or school meal
Cut the bread open and spread mayonnaise on both halves. Arrange lettuce leaves, egg slices, tuna, tomato and onion slices, and olives on one half of the baguette. The quantities of each ingredient can vary depending on your preferences. Season with herb salt and pepper (be careful! Salted tomatoes retain their moisture well). Drizzle with olive oil and cover with the second half of the baguette. If you’re taking the baguette with you as an office lunch, wrap it tightly in cling film to prevent it from falling apart.
