Baguette with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 baguettes
  • 8 tbsp white wine
  • 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 4 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 500 g cheese, grated (raclette cheese)
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the baguettes lengthwise, then crosswise, drizzle the cut sides with wine, and sprinkle with parsley. Mix the cheese, mushrooms, and spring onions and spread them on the bread. Bake in the center of a preheated oven at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
