Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 15 ml Malibu Coconut Rum
- 15 ml brown rum
- 15 ml liqueur (Kahlua)
- 15 ml white rum
- crushed ice cubes
- Pineapple juice, to top up
- 1 pineapple wedge, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
Combine Malibu, Kahlua, dark rum, and white rum in a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a highball glass half-filled with crushed ice. Top with pineapple juice. Garnish with a thin pineapple wedge.
