Baileys Caramel Cream
The perfect baileys caramel cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 100 ml Cream or milk
- 2 teaspoon Coffee instant powder dry
- 1 sheet Gelatin
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- 2 tablespoon Baileys
- 2 tablespoon Chocolate for decoration
Preparations
- Dissolve gelatine in water – whip the cream until stiff
Preparation of the caramel cream
- Let the brown sugar melt gently until it caramelizes nicely – then add the liquid cream and simmer gently until the caramel has dissolved – then stir in the instant coffee powder
- add the softened gelatine to the hot caramel mixture and mix well – add the baileys and stir in – let the mixture cool down and then fold in the whipped cream – pour the mixture into glasses and chill
