Baileys Caramel Cream

The perfect baileys caramel cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 100 ml Cream or milk
  • 2 teaspoon Coffee instant powder dry
  • 1 sheet Gelatin
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Baileys
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate for decoration

Preparations

  1. Dissolve gelatine in water – whip the cream until stiff

Preparation of the caramel cream

  1. Let the brown sugar melt gently until it caramelizes nicely – then add the liquid cream and simmer gently until the caramel has dissolved – then stir in the instant coffee powder
  2. add the softened gelatine to the hot caramel mixture and mix well – add the baileys and stir in – let the mixture cool down and then fold in the whipped cream – pour the mixture into glasses and chill
