Turkey Goulash with Paprika

The perfect turkey goulash with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Turkey breast
  • 2 Red Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt, white pepper
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Sweet paprika
  • 150 g Frozen peas
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • Parsely
  1. Wash the turkey meat, pat dry and dice. Cut the washed peppers into strips.
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Fry the turkey breast in it until golden brown. Then add the peppers and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Then dust the flour over it and sauté briefly .. Add the sweet paprika. Deglaze the whole thing with about 3/4 l hot water. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  1. Add the peas, bring to the boil and cook for another 10 minutes.
  1. Stir the cream into the goulash. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Scatter parsley on top.
