Turkey Goulash with Paprika
The perfect turkey goulash with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Turkey breast
- 2 Red Paprika
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt, white pepper
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Sweet paprika
- 150 g Frozen peas
- 150 g Whipped cream
- Parsely
- Wash the turkey meat, pat dry and dice. Cut the washed peppers into strips.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Fry the turkey breast in it until golden brown. Then add the peppers and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Then dust the flour over it and sauté briefly .. Add the sweet paprika. Deglaze the whole thing with about 3/4 l hot water. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the peas, bring to the boil and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Stir the cream into the goulash. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Scatter parsley on top.
