Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cl Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cl Pitu (Aguardente de Cana) (Brazilian sugar cane liquor)
- 80 ml milk
- 80 ml coffee, cold
- 10 ml sweet cream
- 3 scoops of ice cream, bourbon-vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Serve in a tall, chilled glass over ice cubes. Add sweetener if desired.
