Baileys vanilla coffee shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cl Pitu (Aguardente de Cana) (Brazilian sugar cane liquor)
  • 80 ml milk
  • 80 ml coffee, cold
  • 10 ml sweet cream
  • 3 scoops of ice cream, bourbon-vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Serve in a tall, chilled glass over ice cubes. Add sweetener if desired.
