Homemade Nutella cookies are easy to make and taste delicious. Our recipe tells you how to bake them.
With only five ingredients, you can conjure up wonderfully soft biscuits in ten minutes of baking time that will make you want more.
- Ingredients for approx. 50 pieces: 350g Nutella, 300g flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt
In a bowl, combine Nutella, flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt and knead into a smooth, pliable dough. - Using a teaspoon, scoop out nut-sized pieces of dough and shape them into balls.
- Place the balls about 2 cm apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for ten minutes. Do not bake any longer or the cookies will harden.
- Optional: Sprinkle the cooled cookies with a little powdered sugar.
- But watch out! The cookies are calorie bombs that are hard to resist.
