Nutella cookies: ingredients and preparation for the recipe

With only five ingredients, you can conjure up wonderfully soft biscuits in ten minutes of baking time that will make you want more.

  • Ingredients for approx. 50 pieces: 350g Nutella, 300g flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt
    In a bowl, combine Nutella, flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt and knead into a smooth, pliable dough.
  • Using a teaspoon, scoop out nut-sized pieces of dough and shape them into balls.
  • Place the balls about 2 cm apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for ten minutes. Do not bake any longer or the cookies will harden.
  • Optional: Sprinkle the cooled cookies with a little powdered sugar.
  • But watch out! The cookies are calorie bombs that are hard to resist.
