Baked Apple Overnight Oats

The perfect baked apple overnight oats recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 2 Apples
  • 90 g Yogurt
  • 40 g Ground almonds
  • 170 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Syrup or honey
  1. Quarter the apples and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  2. Mix the oatmeal, milk, almonds and yoghurt together.
  3. After cooling, cut the apples into small pieces and add to the oatmeal mix.
  4. Let the mixture steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. The next day, sprinkle a handful of roasted almonds and a little cinnamon over the overnight oats.
  6. Sweeten the whole thing with syrup or honey according to your taste.
