Baked Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 2 Apples
  • 90 g Yogurt
  • 40 g Ground almonds
  • 170 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • Quarter the apples and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  • Mix the oatmeal, milk, almonds and yoghurt together.
  • After cooling, cut the apples into small pieces and add to the oatmeal mix.
  • Let the mixture steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next day, sprinkle a handful of roasted almonds and a little cinnamon over the overnight oats.
  • Sweeten the whole thing with syrup or honey according to your taste.
