Ingredients
- 100 g Oatmeal
- 2 Apples
- 90 g Yogurt
- 40 g Ground almonds
- 170 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Syrup or honey
Instructions
- Quarter the apples and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- Mix the oatmeal, milk, almonds and yoghurt together.
- After cooling, cut the apples into small pieces and add to the oatmeal mix.
- Let the mixture steep in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, sprinkle a handful of roasted almonds and a little cinnamon over the overnight oats.
- Sweeten the whole thing with syrup or honey according to your taste.
