Speculoos Crispy Cereal

The perfect speculoos crispy cereal recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Spekulatius
  • 250 g Oatmeal
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
  • 150 g Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 C.
  2. Heat the honey in a saucepan, then mix in the almonds and cinnamon.
  3. Mince speculatius.
  4. Add the speculoos and oat flakes to the honey mixture in the saucepan.
  5. Spread on the baking sheet (parchment paper makes it easier to wash the dishes afterwards).
  6. In the oven for about 7-10 minutes, depending on how heavily roasted it may be.
