Breakfast: Buckwheat and Tiger Nut Overnight Oats

The perfect breakfast: buckwheat and tiger nut overnight oats recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 30 g Grated tiger nuts
  • 30 g Buckwheat
  • 40 g Hearty oat flakes
  • 10 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Pc. Little apple
  • 125 ml Oat milk
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Cardamom
  • 1 pinch Ground ginger
  1. Grate the apple finely and mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Either eat like this the next morning or top it with fruit, chopped nuts, yoghurt or similar as desired.

Tip:

  1. If you want, stir 1 teaspoon honey into the muesli.
