Baked apple porridge overnight oats

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 handful of whole almonds (approx. 25 g)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Pour 150 ml of hot water over the oats and mix well. Let cool slightly and sweeten with honey. Chop the almonds. Chop the apple and fry in coconut oil over medium heat. Dust with a little cinnamon powder and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Layer the oats, apples, some of the almonds, and the apple puree in a glass or bowl, then top with natural yogurt. Sprinkle with the remaining almonds and finally with almond butter. Optionally, you can also prepare the porridge with almond milk or refine it with a pinch of cinnamon powder or vanilla.
