Baked apple with goat cheese and bacon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized apple (e.g. Boskoop)
  • 1 slice(s) goat’s cheese, mild, approx. 100 g
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 jar mustard (fig mustard – available in well-stocked supermarkets)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ingenious combination

Core an apple. Then halve the apple horizontally. Place the goat’s cheese slice between the two apple halves. Cross the bacon slices over the apple and place them in an ovenproof dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately with the fig mustard.
